Privacy notice

How data is handled when you visit this website or contact us.

Pasch GmbH, America Boxing Gym, Althardstrasse 150, 8105 Regensdorf, Switzerland. Contact: info@americaboxing.ch, +41 76 614 44 41.

When you visit, technical connection data such as your IP address, requested address, time and browser information is processed to deliver content and secure the service. The application runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Ireland. Amazon CloudFront delivers content through a worldwide network; processing may therefore occur outside Switzerland, including in the EU and the USA. Cloudflare provides DNS. Application logs are deleted after one month.

When you contact us, we use your contact details and message to answer your enquiry and arrange appointments. Hostpoint in Switzerland provides the email service. Please do not send sensitive health information by email. Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and meet any applicable legal retention requirements.

When you book a free trial online, we process your name (for Kids Boxing, your child's name), your email address, your phone number if you give it, and the day, class and language you chose. We use them to confirm the booking, prepare the class, reach you if something changes, and make sure each person books one free trial. Name, email address and phone number are stored encrypted in the application's database at AWS in Ireland. We send the confirmation through Amazon Simple Email Service (AWS) in Zurich, and a copy of the booking goes to the gym's mailbox at Hostpoint in Switzerland. Email delivery records are deleted after 90 days. We keep the booking details as long as they are needed for the trial, any follow-up questions, and to record that a free trial has been used.

When you choose a language, this website stores the america_boxing_locale cookie for up to one year to remember that choice. No optional analytics or marketing services are embedded. Videos and images are served through this website. Google Maps is only opened when you follow the external directions link; Google’s privacy terms apply there.

For access to your data or requests to correct or delete it, contact info@americaboxing.ch. We will consider your request and the applicable legal requirements. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
